Cooking Tips : Fresh tuna steaks are very meaty–they have a firm texture, yet the flesh is succulent. Tuna is rich in valuable omega 3 oils. For the avocado relish, peel, pit, and chop a small ripe avocado. Mix in 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, 1 finely chopped small red onion, and some chopped mango or tomato. Season to taste.
Makes 4 serving.
Fragrant Tuna Steaks Ingredients:

- 4 tuna steaks, about 6 oz. /175 g. each
- 1/2 tsp. finely grated lime rind
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- pepper
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- cilantro to garnish
