Turkey with Cheese Pockets

Turkey with Cheese Pockets Ingredients: |
- 4 turkey breast pieces, about 8 oz. /225 g. each
- salt and pepper
- 4 portions whole cheese (such as Bel Paese), 1/2 oz. /15 g. each
- 4 sage leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 8 strips rindless lean bacon
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salad greens (to serve optional)
